be achieved. This means that our activities could change in
order to meet these responsibilities.
Module 2
1. "Urgent' = A task could be urgent in the eyes of some other
person, but not necessarily urgent to you. "Important' = In
that your task is more important to you.
2. 'Trivial' = Small in relation to the degree of importance.
'Vital' = Very important in relation to what has to be achieved.
3. 80% of trivial tasks we carry out give us 20% of our results.
20% of vital tasks we carry out give us 80% of our results.
4. 'A' = Needs to be carried out today.
'B' = Can be carried out tomorrow or within the next couple
of days.
'C' = Can be done within the next week or two, even next
month.
