It may be more colourful and eye-catching, but in the end it boils
down to the same essences of the process. It is much more
important to analyse the information generated during the process
and to use that as a basis for planning your actions to rectify
whatever needs to be changed! The quality of the findings depends
on the depth and the quality of the questions that are asked when
analysing any situation or problem that is being investigated.
