Workplace assessors and coaches must also ensure that the
workplace:

• is conducive to fair and objective assessments,

• enables the learner to apply and demonstrate skills and
knowledge,

• allows the learner to feel comfortable to learn and be
assessed,
• provide the learners with all the necessary resources and
opportunities to complete the assessment,

• supportive of the learning interventions.
