D1. Write a SUMMATIVE REFLECTION on your personal and
professional growth during the entire programme.

This where you showcase how you have changed as an individual.
Address issues such as:

• Self-management

• Personal traits/habits/quirks

• Managerial skills

• School context

• Community context etc.

D2. Give ONE EXAMPLE to demonstrate personal and
professional growth. Use your initial personal growth plan
(PGP) for this purpose. Discuss in a fair amount of detail!
Cross reference with supportive evidence in your portfolio to
substantiate the claims you make in this regard.
