presentations you made, meetings you chaired, projects you
managed, etc. - These types of documents are referred to as
witness testimonies or endorsements.
• Photographs or videos: This should be accompanied by a
description of the outcomes they relate to and confirmation of
authenticity, e.g. a signed note from a manager.
• Certificates: Certified copies of certificates awarded for formal
learning programmes successfully completed may be valuable
sources of evidence.
• Awards or other forms of recognition: This may include
departmental or other awards serving as independent
confirmation of achievements for excellence, or making a
valuable contribution to your school or community in some
way.
• Interviews: You should include records of formal interviews
you had with individuals that directly relate to any activity that
formed part of your studies.
