Introduction





                                 3.     create, manage, innovate, and sustain appropriate systems
                                        and procedures to enhance a caring and disciplined
                                        environment and show commitment to following this through in
                                        the way in which teaching and learning is organised.

                                 Exit level outcomes


                                 On completion of the programme, the candidate should demonstrate
                                 the following exit level outcomes:


                                 1)     Scholarship
                                        Candidates should demonstrate
                                        -      that they have acquired a sound knowledge base and
                                               critical understanding of education in general and of
                                               leadership, education management, law and policy in
                                               particular.


                                 2)     Intellectual skill
                                        Candidates should demonstrate the ability to
                                        -      critically analyse and evaluate knowledge of education
                                               in general and of leadership, education management,

                                               law and policy, and
                                        -      contribute to systematic and disciplined thinking about
                                               educational matters and issues, with particular
                                               reference to leadership, education management, law
                                               and policy in particular.
