                                 If you have never done formal research before, this may look
                                 intimidating. However, if you look at the different steps in the
                                 research process, you will recognise that it entails the normal steps
                                 of any problem-solving process.  You also do not have to be too
                                 concerned at this stage – it will all become clear as you progress
                                 with your studies and we actually involve ourselves in the process.
